Refund Policy
Returns We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
No Exchange Policy We do not offer exchanges. All sales are final once an order has been dispatched, except in cases of defective or damaged items (see below).
Wearable & Apparel Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on worn or tried-on items including beanies, crocheted hats, scarves, headwear, and apparel, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Defective or Damaged Items In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), if your item is defective, unsafe, or not fit for purpose, please contact us within 6 months of receipt. We will assess the item and offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Refund Processing Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
